Sofia and Ann

The Moroccan-born Sofia Pernas moved to California when she was just 5 years old. She grew up in Orange County. Her breakthrough was in 2015 when she earned her an education from the University of California San Diego. Pernas made minor appearances in NCIS and Leverage and Leverage, however she got the part in the role of Marisa in The Young and the Restless. After leaving soap operas, the actress landed the role of Catalina in Jane the Virgin. The model speaks four different languages and has since appeared in The Brave with Hannah Rivera as well as The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From 2019 to 2020, she played Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly reported in May 2020, that Pernas was dating Justin Hartley from The Young and the Restless. The relationship started in May 2020 after Pernas split up with her wife Chrishell Stause. In May 2021, the news came out that Pernas Hartley had recently married in secret.
