Angela Gossow Urach
Angela Gossow had three younger siblings and she was born in Cologne. When she was 17, her parents divorced. The company they owned failed and caused additional financial difficulties. She was further hampered by being anorexic or bulimic. When asked about her decision to step down in the role of singer for ARCH ENEMY, Gossow said simply There's a time and place for everything. The first time I began was in the year 1991. My enthusiasm for living out on the roads was diminishing. So I decided to step off rather than acting like. The band was originally led by Johan Liiva, who was then replaced by German vocalist Angela Gossow. The track was recorded by Australian musician John Farnham in 1986.
